My survey says completed, but I haven't taken it yet.

Some survey links are unique. If you happened to forward your email invitation to another colleague, then it is possible that this colleague may have completed the survey before you had a chance to complete or take your survey. 


Or, you could have received a link forwarded to you by a colleague. Please ensure you are trying to complete the survey from your own unique link sent directly from Perceptyx or your Survey Admin. The survey invite should state if the link is unique (if this is the case).


Lastly, please check the close date of the survey. Once the survey administration period is closed, when you click the link to take your survey, a window will pop up stating the survey has been completed (regardless of your specific completion status).
