Most surveys can be taken on a smartphone if there is a connection to the internet, by your phone provider, or wifi. If you receive a unique link to access the survey, this link can be opened on a smartphone, or any device (computer, laptop, or tablet) with an internet connection.
You can open the link from your email on your phone, or you can forward the link to yourself via email or text message.
Some surveys are set up to receive SMS invitations via Text Messages. If you receive a Text Message invitation, when you click the link, your phone will automatically redirect you to take the survey on your smartphone.
If the survey requires you to log in with your company's SSO (Single Sign-On) through their internal system/network, you may be limited on the device you can take the survey depending on which device allows you to log in. If your phone does connect to your company network/login you may still take the survey on that device.
