After you specify your results options, the next step is to set schedule and reminder options. You specify these options in the Schedule phase in the Event Builder.
This article walks through:
Set Schedule and Reminder Options
You use the Schedule page to schedule the event start and end dates and to enable automated reminders, if you want to use them. The Schedule page has three options:
Start Date: When the event will launch. You can set the event to launch immediately or specify a future date and time.
End Date: The date and time the event will end.
Automated Email Reminders: When enabled, the system will send 2 email reminders to all participants at the event midpoint and 24 hours before the event ends. Note that there is no ability to customize the text of the automated email reminders, the audience, or the time it is sent. If you keep the automated email reminders option off, reminder emails can be sent manually for increased flexibility and customization.
Navigate to the Schedule phase for the event you want to work with.
From within the Event Builder:
Click Schedule in the left panel (the Crowdsource phase must be completed).
From Listen:
In the Active Events section or the All Events section, click Manage Event for the event you want to work with.
The Event Builder opens, displaying the Overview page.
In the left panel, click Schedule (the Crowdsource phase must be completed).
2. Specify the start date.
If you want to launch the event immediately:
Click Immediately.
If you want to specify a future date and time:
Click On Date.
Date and time boxes appear for the start date.
Click the calendar icon in the Date box and select the date you want to launch the event.
Click the Please Select a Time dropdown and select the launch time.
Specify the end date and time.
Turn the Automated Email Reminders toggle on if you want to use automated email reminders.
Click Next: Summary to move to the Summary phase.
For details and step-by-step instructions for the Summary phase, see the Review and Launch Your Event | Crowdsource article.
