After you specify your schedule and reminder options, you can review your event options and launch the event based on the date specified. You review and launch your event in the Summary phase in the Event Builder.

Review and Launch Your Event

You use the Summary page to review all your selected event options prior to launch. If necessary, you can edit the options you previously specified. The Summary page displays your selections for each phase in the Event Builder and an Edit icon for each one. Clicking the Edit icon for a phase takes you back into that phase in the Event Builder, where you can make your changes. When you are satisfied with your selections, return to the Summary page and click Done to make your event active. Once the event is active, it will launch based on the start date. 



  1. Navigate to the Summary phase for the event you want to work with.

From within the Event Builder:

  1. Click Summary in the left panel (the Schedule phase must be completed).

From Listen:

  1. In the Active Events section or the All Events section, click Manage Event for the event you want to work with.

The Event Builder opens, displaying the Overview page.

  1. In the left panel, click Summary (the Schedule phase must be completed).

        2. Review your selected options.

        3. If you want to make changes, click the Edit icon for the phase(s) you want to modify, make your
            changes, then return to the Summary page by clicking Summary in the left panel of the Event Builder.

        4. When you are ready to make the event active, click Done.

A message displays indicating that the event is active.



  1. Click Take Me Back to Listen to return to the Listen page.
