Build Your Listening Program | Overview

You can build your listening program by using the Program Builder. The Program Builder walks you through the process of creating your survey, building the content, customizing the settings and styling, inviting survey participants, and launching your survey. As you work through the process, a progress bar at the top of every page shows which phase you are working in. You can also use the progress bar to navigate between phases as needed.

Once in the Program Builder, you’ll walk through four phases. Click each for step-by-step instructions for each phase.

1. Overview
   Provide basic details to create your survey. Once you click Proceed to Build, your survey saves as a draft.

   1. Create your survey and complete the Overview information.

2. Build
   Build the content of your survey (pages, questions, logic, etc.) and customize your survey.

   1. Customize your survey settings.

   2. Build your survey content (e.g., questions, logic, etc.).

   3. Style your survey.

   4. Translate your survey (if applicable).

   5. Preview your survey.

3. Invite
   Select a delivery method and specify survey participants.

   1. Invite participants.

4. Launch
   Launch your survey immediately or schedule a future time to launch.

   1. Prepare for launch.

   2. Launch your survey.
