The Reporting Communications Form is the method in which the customer provides Perceptyx with the specific communication that they would like to see in the User Invitation emails, as well as the Action Planning reminder emails.
It is necessary for the customer to fill this in, so that the communications sent out to employees is consistent with their own internal communications.
