In order to protect respondent confidentiality, a minimum threshold (minimum n-size) is put in place to limit access to the data from smaller groups of employees. This threshold allows the majority of managers access to reporting, while ensuring confidentiality to all survey respondents. Typically, this threshold is set to 5, though this number can be adjusted as necessary for the Customer.
