Who is the intended audience for Action Planning Resources?
These resources are designed for people leaders and others responsible for interpreting survey results and driving action across the organization. Any leader with access to survey results and action planning tools can benefit from these resources.
How are Action Planning Resources developed?
Action Planning Resources are created and reviewed by behavioral scientists, practitioners, and industrial/organizational psychologists, then scaled using AI. They are grounded in leading research and best practices in behavior change.
All content is fully aligned to the People Insights Model, ensuring consistency from measurement to insight, action, and change. These resources are available for each survey item in the Perceptyx benchmark library and all custom items can be mapped to the People Insights Model as well to leverage this content.
The resources available include:
Sample Nudges: Each survey item is mapped to a specific behavior that is reinforced through Perceptyx Intelligent Nudges. Leaders can see a sample of the nudge content they can expect to see related to the item they selected for action planning.
Questions to Consider: Behavior-focused open-ended questions are provided for each item. These are designed to help the manager generate discussion with their team to inform an effective action plan. In addition to the questions provided in the Questions to Consider section, a downloadable discussion guide is available in the Available Resources section.
