2025 Refresh of Content Formerly Known as “Actionable Insights”

Perceptyx provides Action Planning Resources to support leaders at all levels to more quickly and practically translate survey insights into meaningful action. Actionable Insights content has always been available in the Perceptyx platform, and the 2025 refresh introduces a more strategic approach that is grounded in behavioral science, aligning the recommendations and content to the Perceptyx People Insights Model and our library of Intelligent Nudges. Here’s what’s new:

Questions to Consider - Now Driving Team Dialogue

Questions to consider have historically been crafted for managers to reflect on individually. With this update, they’ve been thoughtfully reimagined as discussion questions designed to spark meaningful team conversations. Each question is grounded in behavioral science and aims to uncover insights through team discussions that can directly inform team-level action. You’ll find them in the platform, and for those who want to go deeper, a downloadable discussion guide is available as an additional resource to support facilitation.

Recommended Actions - Now Rooted in Behavioral Science and Aligned to Nudge Content

Our new and improved recommended actions have been written and reviewed by our team of behavioral scientists, I/O psychologists, and experienced practitioners. Each recommendation is aligned to the Perceptyx People Insights Model, targeting the precise behaviors that can be reinforced through Intelligent Nudges. We have expanded our library of actions to include development recommendations, providing leaders with evidence-based guidance to act on 360 feedback. We have also retained the unique recommendations for Healthcare settings to provide the critical nuance needed to address nurse satisfaction and safety culture focus areas. AI Coach also allows managers to iterate on action plans their recommended focus areas for an even more personalized action planning experience.

The updated resource library features curated Perceptyx-authored content including blogs, research, and practical guides, specifically tailored for managers. Perceptyx is committed to refreshing these resources annually to ensure they remain up-to-date with only content published within the past three years. All external resources and publications have been removed to avoid the risk of broken links or paywalls. This provides a strong foundation of behavioral science backed content and Perceptyx best practices, but the Action Planning Resources can also still be customized by each organization to reference their own internal learning and development materials.
