Add & Manage Question Pages | Point-In-Time & Lifecycle

Modified on Tue, 21 May at 3:12 PM

Question pages are useful for grouping items together and help to provide an easy-to-follow participant experience. If you use conditional logic in your event, some questions may need to have their own pages. You can easily add and manage question pages.

This article walks through:

Add Question Pages

If you used a template to create your listening event or cloned an existing event, it is already populated with pages and questions. If you created your event from scratch, it contains a single, empty question page. You can add question pages at any time to:

  • Keep related questions together

  • Limit the number of questions per page (for readability)

  • Isolate specific questions (for applying conditional logic)

After you add a question page you can give it a title and move it to a new location as needed.

Add a Question Page

  1. Navigate to the Content phase for the event you want to work with.

From within the Event Builder:

  1. Click Content in the left panel.

From Listen:

  1. In the Active Events section or the All Events section, click Manage Event for the event you want to work with.

The Event Builder opens, displaying the Overview page.

  1. In the left panel, click Content.

       2. In the workspace, click the Questions tab.

       3. Scroll to the bottom of the event and click Add New Page.

A new page is added to the bottom of the event.

  1. To give the page a title, click Survey Page at the top of the page (next to the page number), select the text (Survey Page), type the title, and then click anywhere on the page.

  2. To move the page, click the up arrow or down arrow for the page (top right) to move it up or down one page at a time.

  3. To move a question to the new page, click and hold the 6-dot symbol for the question, then drag it to the page.

Delete a Question Page

If you no longer need a page, you can easily delete it. If the page contains questions you don’t want to delete, move them to another page before you delete the page.

        3. Scroll to the page you want to delete.

        4. At the top of the page, click the trash can icon (top right).

The page is deleted.
