When you schedule a Crowdsource event you have the option to enable automated reminders, which sends two reminders to invitees - one at the midpoint of the event and one 24 hours before the event closes. You can also manually send a reminder. You send event reminders in the Send Reminder phase in the Event Builder.

Send an Event Reminder
Manually sending a reminder offers more flexibility than the automated reminders. You can send the reminder at your preferred time and date and customize the reminder content.
You can access the event reminder options in the Send Reminder phase of the Event Builder, which displays the Send Reminder page.
Navigate to the Send Reminder phase for the event you want to share.
From within the Event Builder:
Click Send Reminder in the left panel (the event must be active).
From Listen:
In the Active Events section or the All Events section, click Manage Event for the event you want to share.
The Event Builder opens.
In the left panel, click Send Reminder (the event must be active).
The Send Reminder page appears.
To specify who the reminder will go to, click the To dropdown and then select All or Not Responded.
If you want to modify the email subject text, click the Email Subject box and make your modifications.
If you want to modify the email body text, click the Email Body box and make your modifications. You can use the formatting bar at the bottom of the tab to apply formatting.
Click Send (bottom right).
The reminder is sent to the respondent group specified in the To dropdown.
