The Perceptyx platform implements a color code system to highlight key results, making them quick and easy to identify. The four color code can be found in the Trend and Demographic Crosstab reports, with each color serving a unique purpose in each.
Absolute - uses their absolute score (0-19, 20-39, 40-59, 60-79, 80-100)
Relative - uses a percentile rank and colors cells accordingly
If the data uses a comparison across two groups, one will always be colored dark green and the other will be red. If there are more than two groups, the groups in the middle will be light green, yellow, or orange depending on where it falls in the range.
Significance - uses a standard t-test calculated at a 95% confidence interval
This is a statistical formula that uses the score, change, and sample size to determine the magnitude of change.
Outliers - uses predetermined thresholds and highlights scores that are above or below the score
