You can easily view your listening event results after the event closes. During the administration window, you can view real-time results once minimum response thresholds are met. You access reports for all types of listening events from the Analyze platform page.
This article walks through:
Access Listening Event Results
Depending on how recently reporting for a listening event became available, you can access results from the Report Eligible section or the All Reports section of the Analyze page.
Report Eligible
The Report Eligible section displays cards for up to the four most recent listening events you have access to for which reports are available. The cards display the response rate for each event as well as access to reports for closed events. For Administrators, the cards may also provide access to live reports for active events and access to Analytics Studio.
All Reports
The All Reports section displays a table with high-level information and report access for all closed events for which you have permission to view. For Administrators, the table displays information for closed and active events and access to work with event data in Analytics Studio.
Log in to the Perceptyx Platform.
In the navigation bar, click Analyze.
Use a report action button to access the report dashboard for a specific listening event.
From the Report Eligible section:
If a card for the event appears in the Report Eligible section, click Live Report or View Report at the bottom of the card.
From the All Reports section:
Use the Search Listen Event feature, if necessary, to find and display the listening event in the table.
Click Actions for the event, then click Live Report or View Report.
The reports dashboard opens.
Access from the Home Page Via AI Insights (Perceptyx-Led Point-In-Time Events)
When a Perceptyx-led Point-In-Time listening event closes, the AI Insights area on the platform Home page displays a New Results banner with one-click access to reporting. The banner displays for 30 days after the event closes, helping to keep you focused on your listening event results.
Click View Report to access your reports dashboard.
If you have multiple user roles for the listening event, the banner includes a dropdown to select a role and view your reports.
Note: In addition to the banner in the AI Insights area, you can still use the Analyze page to access your reports.
After 30 days, the banner disappears, and the platform begins generating insights for the listening event.
