Access Your Results

You can easily view your listening event results after the event closes. During the administration window, you can view real-time results once minimum response thresholds are met. You can access reports for all types of listening events from the Analyze platform page. Depending on your user role, you can also access results from the Home page.


Note: Reporting sessions automatically time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. If a session times out, you must log in again to access reporting.

Access Listening Event Results from the Analyze Page

Depending on how recently reporting for a listening event became available, you can access results from the Recent section or the All Reports table on the Analyze page. 


  • Recent

The Recent section provides quick access to your most recent event reports. Depending on your user role, it may also provide access to cross-survey dashboards and third-party comment data uploads.




  • All Reports

The All Reports section provides a complete, searchable list of all reporting items you have access to. Depending on your user role, the table can include listening events, cross-survey dashboards, and third-party comment data, along with key details to help you sort, filter, and locate specific reporting items. 



  1. Log in to the Perceptyx Platform.

  2. In the navigation bar, click Analyze.

  3. Click View Report for the event in the Recent section or in the All Reports table.  Advanced Reporting opens.




Access Listening Event Results from the Home Page

Depending on your user role, you will see one of two areas on your Home page for accessing listening event results:


  • Recent (Admin and Creator Users)

In the Recent area, you can view the four most recent events including created, modified, launched, or closed events. Depending on event type and status, you may be able to view results for recent events.




  • Your Latest Results (Manager and HR Users)

In the Your Latest Results area, you can select a reporting role, if applicable, and view results for the most recently closed event.




Access Event Results from the Recent Area


  1. Log in to the Perceptyx Platform.

  2. Navigate to the Home page, if necessary.

  3. In the Recent area, click View Report or Live Report, as applicable, for the event.



Access Event Results from the Your Latest Results Area


  1. Log in to the Perceptyx Platform.

  2. Navigate to the Home page, if necessary.

  3. If you have multiple user roles (e.g., Manager and HRBP), display the View Report As dropdown in the Your Latest Results area and select the user role for which you want to view results.

  4. In the Your Latest Results area, click View Report.
