You can easily view your survey results after the survey closes. During the survey administration window, you can view real-time results once minimum response thresholds are met.
This article walks through:
Access Survey Results
You can access your survey results from the People Insights Platform Surveys page or from the Program Builder. The system displays the Results dashboard with links to all the available reports.
Navigate to the Results dashboard.
From the Surveys page:
Click View Reporting for your survey.
From the Program Builder:
Click the Ask icon (left menu) and select My Surveys.
Click the name of your survey.
The Results dashboard appears. If the survey contains favorability questions (scaled responses), the view will default to the Favorability Report.
The side panel provides access to all the reports that are available for the survey. The panel stays open as you move between reports unless you click the arrow icon (top) to collapse it.
Note: The Results dashboard is the same for all user roles, with the exception that Admin users may have access to a flat file download option.
Available Reports
The types of reports that are generated for a survey depends on the types of questions in the survey and whether you configured trend or turned on action planning for the survey. All possible reports are listed below:
