The Trend Report displays results for each question and category for the current survey and for previous surveys where matching questions were asked. Tracking trends can help you identify potential issues and address them proactively and also see whether action plans are having the intended effect.
Note: This report is available only if you have configured trend for your survey.
This article walks through:
Access the Trend Report
Log in to the People Insights Platform.
In the navigation bar, click Analyze.
In the All Reports section, click View Report for the event.
The reports dashboard opens.
Click Trend Report on the left menu.
The Trend Report opens.
Report Details
Click the Question tab to display trend for questions; click the Categories tab to display trend for categories.
The percent change (increase or decrease) compared to the prior survey displays within the parentheses next to the Favorability score when you select Favorability (top right).
The difference in Average Agreement Score (Mean Scores) appears when you select Evaluation (top right).
The default color coding indicates whether the increase or decrease in score since the previous survey is statistically significant. You can change color coding by selecting from the Color Coding dropdown list to indicate outliers or relative or absolute comparisons.

Export Option
You can export the report in Excel or PDF format.
Click Export (bottom right).
Select Export PDF or Export Excel.
