Configure Trend | Point-In-Time & Lifecycle

Modified on Tue, 21 May at 12:47 PM

When you configure trend for an event, the Trend Report becomes available. Configuring trend allows you to select one or many trend sources (if available). You can trend back to any managed event you administered with Perceptyx. Each trend source is included as a comparison column within the Trend Report.

To configure trend, you select trend sources, view the trend matching the system generates, update questions or demographic trending as needed, and submit.

  2. Click the Matched tab to view only those questions that have a match across all trend source columns.

Note: You can click Export (lower left) to export the trend configuration information to a .csv file that you can view offline or share.

For items that don’t have a match, you can select a similar item for trending or remove the item for trending purposes. You can also do the same for demographic items.

  1. Update question trending:

    1. Display the Trend Type dropdown (top left), then select Questions.

    2. Click the blue arrow next to the applicable question, then select the option that should be trended back to the original.

  1. If a trend needs to be removed, click the X next to the question.

  1. Update demographic trending:

    1. Display the Trend Type drop-down (top left), then select Demographics.

    2. Click the blue arrow next to the applicable demographic, then select the option that should be trended back to the original.

    3. If a trend needs to be removed, click the X next to the demographic.

  2. Click Submit Trend.
