Getting Started

The Getting Started section is designed to help you get familiar with and prepare for each stage of using the Perceptyx Platform - whether you are teaming up with Perceptyx or working on your own. Short videos, courses, learning paths, and resources focus on four key areas:

  • Getting Started - Onboarding & Platform Setup

This area outlines each step of the onboarding and setup process. For each step, you can view a short overview video and complete the available learning and resources.

Some topics, such as Meet the Platform, include a learning path - a series of courses designed to provide a maximal learning experience. Registering for a learning path registers you for all the included courses.

  • Meet the Platform

This area is particularly useful if you are new to the platform. It features:

  • Quick videos/microlearnings to help you get quickly up to speed about the platform and its features and tools.

  • Courses and specific learning paths to help you dig deeper into the features you want to learn about in detail.

  • VideosCourses, and Paths links at the top of the page to view all videos, courses, or learning paths.

  • Insights to Impact

This area focuses on helping you connect insights from your listening events to impact. Organized to mirror the insights to impact journey, the microlearnings/videos, courses, and resources in this area allow you to selectively investigate the topics you want to learn about when needed. Quick overviews and best practices walk you through:

  • The steps to design, build, and launch your listening events (Listen)

  • The steps to analyze your results and uncover insights (Analyze)

  • The steps to take action based on those insights (Act & Impact)

  • Resources & Tool Center

This area contains a wide variety of guides, templates, resources, and tools to help you design and execute your listening programs. View or download what you need when you need it.
