Purpose:
Create space to reflect on how we work together, how we support each other, navigate challenges, and maintain a culture of integrity, transparency, and shared success.

Sample Discussion Questions:

Collaboration

  • Think of a time when teamwork felt effortless. What made it so effective?

  • What helps us work effectively with other teams or departments?

  • Where do handoffs, unclear roles, or systems get in the way of cross-team work?

  • What tools or habits help us stay connected and informed when collaborating?

Co-Workers

  • How do we support one another to succeed as a team?

  • Where is peer trust strong, and where could it be strengthened?

  • What does healthy accountability look like among teammates?

  • How do we maintain strong peer relationships in hybrid or distributed settings?

Psychological Safety

  • Where might people be holding back ideas, concerns, or feedback and why?

  • How do we respond when someone challenges an idea or raises a risk?

  • What signals show that learning and experimentation are encouraged here?

  • What could we do to make it easier to learn from setbacks or take thoughtful risks?

Ethics & Integrity

  • Where have we seen ethical decision-making modeled by leaders or teammates?

  • What helps create a culture of transparency, even when things are hard to say?

  • How do we factor values or integrity into daily decisions, not just big ones?

  • Where might we need stronger norms or systems for follow-through on concerns?
