Purpose:
Help your team reflect on recent changes, explore how you respond to transitions, and align on actions to improve adaptability and change readiness.

Sample Discussion Questions:

Change Management

  • Think of a recent change. What words describe how that change felt to you?

  • How clear was the reason behind recent changes?

  • Did we have space to share input or ask questions?

  • What helped or got in the way of adapting?

Adaptability

  • How do we typically respond (emotionally or behaviorally) when change happens?

  • Where might we be showing resistance, and why?

  • What helps us stay focused and flexible during change?

  • How do we react when priorities shift unexpectedly?

Continuous Improvement

  • What small changes have made a meaningful difference lately?

  • After feedback is shared, what happens next?

  • What routines help us reflect, learn, and adjust (e.g., retros, check-ins)?

  • What makes it easier or harder to speak up about inefficiencies?

If You’re in a Merger, Acquisition or Restructure

  • What’s been communicated clearly? What’s still uncertain?

  • Where do we need better alignment across teams or processes?

  • How are we supporting trust and stability?

  • What emotions or concerns are showing up?
