Future Vision


Purpose:
Facilitate a meaningful team dialogue about how we see, understand, and contribute to the company’s future and what we need to feel confident and aligned along the way.

Sample Discussion Questions:

Clarity

  • How clear are we on how our work supports broader business goals?

  • What’s still fuzzy, even after updates or communications?

  • How could we better connect day-to-day tasks to long-term outcomes?

  • What helps different team members absorb and act on updates?


Confidence

  • What gives us confidence that the company is on the right track?

  • Where do we hear or sense concerns about stability or direction?

  • What actions or decisions have reinforced or shaken our confidence recently?

  • How can we better translate high-level direction into meaningful daily focus?

Vision

  • Where does the big picture feel disconnected from our current priorities?

  • What helps keep the vision top-of-mind in our daily work?

  • How often do we hear about progress toward company goals?

  • Where do we need more storytelling or context to bring the vision to life?

Values

  • Where do we see company values show up in real decisions or actions?

  • Are there any tensions between our values and how things actually work?

  • How comfortable are we calling out behaviors that don’t align?

  • What team habits or traditions help us live our values?

  • How do we recognize and reward value-driven actions?
