Group-Based Access for AI Comment Agents

Enhancement

Who: Event Administrators | Requires: Platform, Comment Copilot/Narrative Analysis Agent | Availability: Automatically Enabled

Give more administrators access to AI-powered comment analysis while respecting their existing reporting permissions. AI comment agents (Comment Copilot and Narrative Analysis Agent) now apply each administrator's own demographic, comment question, and response threshold restrictions when analyzing comments. This enables more administrators to use AI-generated summaries and insights while ensuring they only see the data they're already authorized to access.

Highlights

• Permissions now reflect each administrator's role: AI comment agents honor the demographic and comment question restrictions defined for each administrator's reporting status instead of using a shared set of restrictions.

• Response thresholds are enforced automatically: AI-generated summaries and responses are available only when minimum response thresholds are met, helping protect respondent confidentiality.

• No additional setup required: Existing reporting permissions continue to control what each administrator can access, and the updated behavior is applied automatically.

On-Demand Coaching in Microsoft Teams

New Feature

Who: Users with Activate access | Requires: Platform, Activate, Microsoft Teams | Availability: Automatically available for customers using the Perceptyx Microsoft Teams app

Get personalized coaching without leaving Microsoft Teams. Employees can now access on-demand coaching directly from the Perceptyx Microsoft Teams app, making it easier to apply nudges, navigate workplace challenges, and receive guidance in the flow of work. The browser-based coaching experience remains available for users who prefer it.

• Start coaching anytime in Teams: Begin a coaching conversation directly in the Perceptyx Microsoft Teams app, without logging in to the Perceptyx Platform.

• Receive personalized guidance when you need it: Get coaching to help apply nudges, work through workplace challenges, and build new habits using the same coaching experience available in the Perceptyx Platform.

• Stay in the flow of work: Access coaching from the same Microsoft Teams app that delivers Perceptyx nudges and survey invitations, making it easier to act on feedback without switching applications.

• Automatically available: Customers already using the Perceptyx Microsoft Teams app receive this capability automatically. No additional installation or update is required.
