How do I reset my password?

If your password is not working, or if you're uncertain of your username or password, please click the 'Forgot Username or Password?' link below the login credentials. Please note that you must have the correct link to access your company's survey results.

This will prompt you to enter your Username or Email address. **Please note: You must enter the correct username or email on file with Perceptyx in order for this function to work properly.

After you enter this information, the popup below should appear. This warning reminds users that Perceptyx needs an email on file for you in order for you to receive an email. And, that you will only have 10 minutes to use this PIN Code, or it will expire and you will need to start over. 

Then, you should receive an email with a temporary PIN Code to reset your password. If you do not receive a PIN, please check your SPAM/Junk folder in your email.

Please copy the PIN Code from the email directly. This ensures one character isn't confused for another character, for example, a 1 versus a lower-case "L".  Please ensure no spaces before or after the PIN Codes are copied. Then, click on the Password Reset Page in the email.

Once you click on the Password Reset Page from the email, you will be directed to a new page to change your password. Paste the PIN Code directly from the email into the PIN Code box. Type your new password twice. **Ensure you have at least 8 characters, minimum of 1 capital letter, minimum of 1 lower letter, minimum of 1 digit, and a minimum of 1 punctuation character

Once you hit Submit, you will be taken back to the login page to use your new password. 

**Please note, if you remember your password, and not your username, the email you received also has your username listed under the PIN Code. If you remember your password, you do not need to reset it.

- Your full name

- Your email address
