Response Rates

The Response Rate is used to display how many employees have taken the survey.

In addition to this, the data can help determine a number of additional factors, such as:

• the effectiveness of the survey communication
• whether employees believe the survey was a good tool to communicate their thoughts
• whether managers/supervisors effectively encouraged/supported employees to participate in the survey
