Complete an Action Plan

As you and your team reach the end of the action planning process, it is important to mark your action plan as complete. This provides up to date information for action plan usage reporting and gives your team an opportunity to celebrate the work they have done together.  


This article walks through:

Complete an Action Plan

When you have finished the action planning process, you can mark an action plan as completed.


  1. Navigate to the Action Planning tool.

From the Actions page:

  1. Click the arrow to expand the details for the survey and then click Edit for the action item you want to view. 

From the Program Builder:

  1. Click the Ask icon (left menu) and select My Surveys.

  2. Click the name of your survey.

  3. In the side panel, click View Action Plan.

The View Action Plan screen appears.

  1. Click Edit for the action plan you want to complete.

The action plan opens with the Start/Edit Action Plan tab selected.

  1. Select the Completed checkbox, then click Update (bottom right).

The action plan is marked as complete and closes.
