Why am I being asked for a PIN during my survey?

If you were provided a 'PIN' number:


If you are trying to access the survey, but your provided 'PIN' is not working, please contact Customer Support with the details listed below, and we would be happy to assist you further.


  • your full name
  • company name
  • email address
  • the PIN number you were provided


If you were not provided a 'PIN' number:


Not all surveys require a 'PIN' number. If you're prompted for a 'PIN' during the middle of your survey you, but you were never given one, please close out of the survey page completely, and try accessing the survey again from the link in your invitation email. Your survey may have timed out.


You may be asked to re-enter some information you already entered (like the language selection). After that, you will get back to your survey and your responses (if you have made any yet).


If this does not work, please try copying your original link from the email invite and paste the link into an alternate browser, like Chrome or Firefox.
