If this feature is enabled on your account, click on the menu bar in your reporting account.
Click Functions > Shadow User
Click the Shadow button on the account you want to see
When shadowing an account, you will see a colored bar at the top of the screen
To stop shadowing, click the bar at the top to return to your account
