As an Admin user, you have access to set up, edit, and manage settings for the application (available templates) and settings that apply to all surveys (e.g., minimum response thresholds for reporting, available languages, branding). You can also add, edit, and remove system users.
Note: Applications Settings is available only for customers with Program Builder (self-service).
This article walks through:
System Settings
The Systems Settings page displays the available systems settings (e.g., Demographic Page), the ability to toggle on and off, and the ability to define values (if applicable). As an Administrator, you can enable or disable a system setting by turning on or off its Active toggle and define its value using the fields / dropdowns in the Value column.
For more information and detailed step-by-step, see the System Settings article.
User Management
The User Management page enables you to keep your user information up-to-date, and add, edit, and remove users. The User Management page displays a table with information and a gear icon for every user. You use the gear icon to edit, clone, delete, or send an invite to the user. You can use the Search box above the table to quickly find specific users or use the Filter By list to filter the table by active or inactive users. You can also add new users and export all the user information to an Excel file.
Note: You can add Admin and Creator users up to your contracted limit and add an unlimited number of Reporting users.
For more information and detailed step-by-step, see the User Management article.
Template Library
The Template Library is a central location for all templates available to Administrators and Creators. These templates include both pre-designed Perceptyx templates and templates you create. Use the pre-designed templates to quickly build and launch programs, or add your personalized templates.
The library displays all available templates in a table that indicates the template type and name, its category (Safety, Change Management, etc.), the number of questions in it, and whether it is currently active. The Start Building option (available for active templates only) starts the survey build process using the template. The gear icon lets you complete different tasks depending on whether the template is active: Active (view, clone, make available) and Inactive (edit and delete).
For more information and detailed step-by-step:
Administrators: Refer to the Template Library article.
Creators: Refer to the Create a New Listening Program article (Create a Survey from a Template section).
Note: Administrator users can view, edit, clone, and delete templates and make templates active or inactive for other users. Creator users can use any active template to create a new listening event.
Branding
Use the Branding page to update the branding for all surveys that are built within the platform. You can upload a master logo and a template icon (the template icon will show in the Template Library only when you create a new template).
For more information and detailed step-by-step, refer to the Branding article.
