Modified on Sun, 24 Nov at 11:19 AM

The Analyze page enables you to view reports for closed events you have permission to access. If you are an Administrator, you can view reports for both active and closed events, and you can also access the Analytics Studio and AI Hub tools to analyze your event data and uncover insights to facilitate effective action planning.

This article walks through the high level of the following topics and links out to the step-by-step of each:

You access the Analyze page directly from the navigation bar.

  2. In the navigation bar, click Analyze.

Analyze Page Overview

The Analyze page is divided into four main sections:

  • Report Eligible

The Report Eligible section displays cards for up to four of the most recent listening events you have access to for which reports are available. The cards display the response rate for each event as well as access to reports for closed events. For Administrators, the cards may also provide access to live reports for active events and access to Analytics Studio.

  • All Reports

The All Reports section displays a table with high-level information and report access for all closed events you have permission to view reports for. For Administrators, the table displays information for closed and active events and access to work with event data in Analytics Studio.

  • AI Hub (Administrators Only)

Clicking AI Hub (top right) opens AI Hub, which uses proprietary AI models to automatically analyze data and help you discover insights in your comment data collected from sources inside or outside of the Perceptyx platform.

  • Open Analytics Studio

Clicking Open Analytics Studio (top right) opens the Analytics Studio, an analytics workspace where you can create and share custom dashboards for your listening events and use Perceptyx analytics models to explore insights in your comments data.

Report Eligible

The Report Eligible section displays high-level information about active and closed events and provides access to view reports. This section displays cards for the four most recent report eligible events you have permission to access.

Using the tabs above the cards, you can change the display to show all eligible reports (default) or reports for a specific type of listening event (Point-In-Time, Lifecycle, 360, or Crowdsource, depending on the subscriptions your company has purchased). Click View Report in a card to access the reports for an event.

For Administrators, the cards may also provide access to live reports for active events and access to Analytics Studio. Click Live Report in a card to view reports for an active event. Click Analytics Studio in a card to open the Analytics Studio workspace with the event already selected.

All Reports

The All Reports section displays a table with key information for all your closed events and provides access to view reports. For Administrators, this section displays information for active and closed events, access to view reports, and access to Analytics Studio.

The table displays the following information:

  • Name: The name of the event

  • Type: The event type (Point-In-Time, Lifecycle, 360, or Crowdsource)

  • Status: Active or Closed

  • Talent Priority: The business and talent priority the event is based on

  • Launched: The date the event was launched

  • Closed: The date the event closed (if applicable)

  • Role: Your role associated with the event (Manager or Administrator)

  • Actions: Access to view a report by clicking View Report, view a live report by clicking Live Report (Administrators only), or open Analytics Studio by clicking Analytics Studio (Administrators/Creators only)

Using the options above the table you can:

  • Click the tabs to display only active or closed events.

  • Re-sort by column (using the arrows).

  • Search for specific events (using the Search box).

  • Apply filters by type, talent priority, launched date, or closed date.

  • Clear filters by clicking Clear Filters.

Access AI Hub (Administrators Only)

Administrators can access AI Hub by clicking AI Hub in the top right corner of the Analyze page.

Once you arrive at the AI Hub, you can upload your datasets and harness the power of artificial intelligence to process and analyze it. Our advanced AI algorithms process and interpret the data, revealing meaningful patterns and trends.

For more information, see the AI Hub article.

Access Analytics Studio (Administrators/Creators Only)

Administrators/Creators can access Analytics Studio from the Analyze page in three ways:

  • Click Open Analytics Studio at the top right corner of the page (opens with options to open an existing project or create a new cross survey project)

  • Click Analytics Studio on an event card in the Report Eligible section (opens with the event already selected)

  • Click Analytics Studio for an event in the All Reports section (opens with the event already selected)

You can use Analytics Studio to create custom dashboards and use Perceptyx analytics models to explore insights in your comments data.
