Nominate Your Raters | 360

When you are selected as a 360 event participant you receive an email notification and/or platform alert(s) prompting you to nominate your raters. You must complete this task by the indicated deadline for the event to proceed. A nomination form makes the process quick and easy.


This article walks through:


Access the Nomination Form

Your email invitation includes a button for logging in to the People Insights Platform. Once in the platform you can access the nomination form via a Dynamic Alert on the Home page or via the Respond option on the platform navigation bar


Access Via Dynamic Alert

The Dynamic Alerts area on the platform Home page displays the most current alert for you to act upon. If the rater nomination task is the most current item for you to work on, it appears in the Dynamic Alerts area.


  1. Open the email inviting you to complete the nomination form.



  1. In the email, click Log In To Perceptyx.

  2. If you aren’t already logged in, use your assigned credentials to log in.

The Home page appears displaying the Start Your 360 Feedback alert.



  1. Click Get Started.

The Get Started screen appears.



  1. Click Nominate Raters (bottom right).

The nomination form appears.




Access Via the Respond Option

If your alert doesn’t display in the Dynamic Alerts area on the platform Home page you can access it from the Respond option in the navigation bar. If there is an action for you to respond to, a red dot appears next to the option.


  1. Open the email inviting you to complete the nomination form.



  1. In the email, click Log In To Perceptyx.

  2. If you aren’t already logged in, use your assigned credentials to log in.

  1. Click Respond.

A list of all current tasks appears.



  1. Click Get Started for the Start Your 360 Feedback task.

The Get Started screen appears.



  1. Click Nominate Raters (bottom right).

The nomination form appears.



Complete and Submit the Nomination Form

Once you have accessed the nomination form, you must add at least the required number of raters for each relationship type shown.


Note: Depending on how the 360 Administrator set up the event, some relationships may be pre-populated, such as your Direct Reports.


  1. Click + Add Rater under the relationship type you want to work with.

The Add Your [Relationship Type] dialog box appears.



  1. Click the Search box, then type a name or email address for a rater or type your organization’s email domain to display the employee data list (so you can select multiple raters at one time).

  2. Click the checkbox for each rater you want to add, then click Add Selected Rater.

The rater(s) is added to the form.

  1. When you are done selecting raters for the relationship type, click Done.

  2. Repeat the process for other relationship types, if necessary.

  3. Click Submit.

A confirmation message appears.

Note: Once you submit your form, you will not be able to remove selected raters. You may come back later while collecting survey responses to add more raters up to any maximum allowed.  

  1. Click Submit.

The nomination form is submitted.
