After you submit your nomination form, your next step is to complete your self-assessment. When you receive your email invitation for the self-assessment you can click the link in the email to go directly to the assessment Welcome page. You can also access the self-assessment from the People Insights Platform.
Note: For some 360 Feedback Programs, the administrator may choose not to include a self-assessment. When not included, this self-assessment section does not apply.

Access the Self-Assessment
You can access the self-assessment directly from your email invitation, via a Dynamic Alert on the Home page, or via the Respond option on the platform navigation bar
Access Via Email
Your email invitation includes a link that takes you directly to the self-assessment.
Open the email inviting you to complete the self-assessment.
In the email, click Take Self-Assessment.
The assessment Welcome page appears.
Access Via Dynamic Alert
The Dynamic Alerts area on the platform Home page displays the most current alert for you to act upon. If the self-assessment task is the most current item for you to work on, it appears in the Dynamic Alerts area.
If necessary, log in to the People Insights Platform.
The Home page appears displaying the Take Your 360 Self-Assessment alert.
Click Begin Survey.
The assessment Welcome page appears.
Access Via the Respond Option
If your alert doesn’t display in the Dynamic Alerts area on the platform Home page, you can access it from the Respond option in the navigation bar. If there is an action for you to respond to, a red dot appears next to the option.
If necessary, log in to the People Insights Platform.

Click Respond.
A list of all current tasks appears.
Click Begin Survey for the Take Your 360 Self-Assessment item.
The assessment Welcome page appears.
Complete the Self-Assessment
Once you have accessed the self-assessment, you can select your preferred language (if applicable), answer the questions, and submit.
Access the self-assessment.
From the invitation email:
Open the email and then click Take Self-Assessment.
From the Dynamic Alerts area:
Click Begin Survey.
From the Respond option:
Click Respond in the navigation bar.
In the list of alerts, click Begin Survey for the Take Your 360 Self-Assessment item.
The assessment landing page appears.
Select your preferred language, if applicable, and then click Proceed.
The assessment Welcome page appears.
Click Next Page.
The first page of questions appears.
Click the response options as appropriate and type responses for any open-ended questions.
When you reach the end of the assessment, click Submit.
