Perceptyx Academy offers select certifications designed to deepen your understanding of Perceptyx Platform capabilities, best practices, and resources to help you maximize the value of partnering with us.
After successfully passing a Certification Exam, you are presented with options to view your certificate and add your certification to LinkedIn directly from the Academy. You are also sent a post-completion email within 24 hours. Adding a Perceptyx Academy Certification to your LinkedIn profile is optional, but highly encouraged.

Add License or Certification Information
Option 1: Add to LinkedIn from the Academy (Recommended)
Immediately after you complete a certification, a completion page displays with the following options:
View Certificate: View and download your PDF certificate
Add to LinkedIn: Open your LinkedIn profile with all the certification details pre-populated
Back to Home Page: Return to the Perceptyx Academy Home page
Click Add to LinkedIn.
Your LinkedIn profile opens with the certification information pre-populated.
Optionally click + Add Skill or + Add Media to add related skills or media, as applicable.
Click Save.
Option 2: Add to LinkedIn Using the Post-Completion Email or Manual Entry
If you prefer, you can also add your certification using the post-completion email or by manually entering the details in LinkedIn.
From the Post-Completion Email
Open the post-completion email from Perceptyx Academy.
In the email, click the LinkedIn Add to Profile button.
All data pre-populates into the certification fields.
Optionally click + Add Skill to add associated skills. Suggestions include: Employee Engagement, Employee Listening, Software as a Service (SaaS).
Optionally click + Add Media to add associated media, if applicable.
Click Save.
Manual Entry in LinkedIn
Log in to your LinkedIn account.
Navigate to the Me icon at the top of the page and click View Profile.
Scroll down to the Licenses & certifications section.
Click the + button.
The Licenses & certifications pop-up window appears.
Enter the information for the required fields, which can be found in the certificate within the course or in the post-completion email. As seen in the image below:
Name - Enter the certification name.
Issuing Organization - Begin typing Perceptyx, and the company name will appear.
Issue Date - Enter the month and year.
Expiration Date - Enter the month and year that are one year after the Issue Date.
Credential ID - Enter the series of numbers/letters.
Credential URL - Click Copy verify URL from the certificate and paste it in the box.
Click +Add skill to add associated skills. Suggestions include: Employee Engagement, Employee Listening, Software as a Service (SaaS)
Click Save.
Share the Update With Your LinkedIn Network
After completing the steps to Add Your License or Certification Information above, a pop-up appears, displaying the option to share the update with your network.
Note: Sharing with your network is optional, but highly encouraged.
Click Next.
Add any additional commentary.
Click Post.
The post is added to your Activity section.
Delete License or Certification Information
After an earned certification has expired, you can remove it from your LinkedIn profile.
Log in to your LinkedIn account.
Navigate to the Me icon at the top of the page and click View Profile.
Scroll down to the Licenses & certifications section.
Click the pencil icon.
Select the certification you want to delete by clicking on the pencil icon.
The Licenses & certifications pop-up window appears.
Click Delete license or certification.
A confirmation message appears.
Click Delete.
