Creating Nudges with the Nudge Agent (Coming Soon!)

Modified on Thu, 31 Jul at 7:33 AM

Nudge Agent helps organizations transform traditional learning and development (L&D) content into personalized, actionable behavioral nudges. These nudges are powered by AI and delivered in the flow of work, ensuring employees receive timely and relevant learning reinforcement that drives behavioral change.

This transformation is important for several reasons:

  • Traditional training is often forgotten or not acted upon.

  • Static L&D content lacks personalization, leading to low engagement and knowledge retention.

  • Organizations face challenges in measuring the effectiveness of training programs.

  • AI-powered nudges improve engagement, retention, and real-world application of learning.

Nudge Agent can help you drive better learning outcomes by converting static training into dynamic, targeted behavioral nudges that deliver the right message, to the right people, at the right time, improving both learning retention and business impact.

Note: Intelligent Nudges are available only with the purchase of Activate or Grow (for 360 events). For more information, see the Activate Overview article or the Grow Overview article.
