User Roles: Admin
Required Subscription(s): 360 Feedback
Admins setting up 360 Feedback listening events can now upload participant data in bulk using a guided import flow. This time-saving enhancement is especially useful for large-scale programs, reducing the need to add participants individually and helping prevent data entry errors. The new flow includes built-in validation, support for optional event settings, and filtering by group name after upload.
What’s New
You can now add participants to 360 Feedback listening events in bulk using a streamlined, step-by-step import process. This update significantly reduces the manual effort required for large-scale programs and includes several enhancements to improve data accuracy and setup efficiency:
Guided flow includes template download, upload, validation, and configuration steps
Support for bulk configuration of invite dates, nomination deadlines, event close dates, and group names
Ability to filter participants by group name after import
Note: This feature is for participant uploads only. Raters must still be added separately.
How it Works
To upload participants in bulk, you begin by downloading a CSV template with the required fields (e.g., email, employee ID). Once completed with participant information, you can upload the file using drag-and-drop or a file picker.
After upload, the system automatically checks for:
Missing or invalid fields
Duplicate entries within the file
Participants who were already added to the 360 event
A summary screen shows which rows were successfully imported and flags any errors.
Once the import is complete, you can configure event settings for the entire group, including:
Invite date
Nomination deadline
Survey end date
Group name
After setup, you can easily filter participants by group name, making it easy to track progress and manage groups at scale.

Nudge Generator helps HR and L&D teams transform traditional learning content into personalized, behavioral nudges, grounded in behavioral science and delivered in the flow of work. By connecting learning to real-world moments, Nudge Generator helps employees retain information, apply it more effectively, and build lasting behavior change.
What’s New
Available via the Advanced Tools menu on the Act page, Nudge Generator enables Admins to upload existing L&D content and instantly generate nudges tailored to specific audiences (e.g., Individual Contributors, Managers, or Managers of Managers).
Each AI-assisted nudge is:
Based on behavioral science best practices
Mapped to relevant behaviors from the People Insights Model
Delivered to the right employees, at the right time, in the flow of work
Admins can review, edit, and publish nudges, then track how employees engage with them over time.
How it Works
After you upload a text-based resource (DOC, PDF, etc.) and select the audience, the Nudge Generator generates a set of draft nudges aligned to specific behavioral goals.
From there, you can:
Edit the content, audience, and mapped behaviors
Publish immediately or save drafts for later
Track view and reaction rates to measure impact
For more details and step-by-step instructions, see the Creating Nudges with Nudge Generator Knowledge Base article.

AI Coach now supports dozens of languages, making it even more accessible for global teams. This enhancement supports more natural, effective coaching conversations for non-English speakers, helping every employee build the habits that matter most, regardless of location or language.
What’s New
AI Coach now supports a wide range of languages to provide personalized, accessible coaching experiences for users around the world.
Note: While we don’t publish a formal list of supported languages, AI Coach leverages OpenAI’s generative AI technology, and its language capabilities are generally consistent with those supported by ChatGPT.
Users can interact with AI Coach in any supported language. This includes both:
Typing directly in a supported language, or
Requesting that AI Coach respond in a specific language
This new capability allows more people to benefit from AI-powered, science-backed coaching, in the language that feels most comfortable and natural to them.
How it Works
No configuration is required. AI Coach automatically detects the (supported) language used in the message and responds accordingly. Alternatively, users can explicitly ask AI Coach to switch to a specific language at any time during a session.
Examples:
Type: “¿Puedes ayudarme a preparar una conversación difícil?”
Type: “Please respond to me in German.”
This update helps ensure that coaching sessions remain personalized, accessible, and behaviorally impactful, no matter where your employees are or what language they speak.
