➡️ Point-In-Time & Lifecycle: Event Preview by Demographics
User Roles: Admin, Creator
Required Subscription(s): Platform, Point-In-Time, Lifecycle
If your listening event includes conditional logic based on your HRIS data, you can now preview the experience as it will appear to different types of participants before you launch the event.
The new Demographic View option lets you apply filters that mirror the conditions you’ve set using demographics like region, job level, or function. This helps ensure your event behaves as expected for each audience.
If you need input or approval, you can generate shareable links for each view, even for people who don’t have access to the platform.
What’s New
The Preview Listening Event button is now a dropdown with two options:
Default View: Preview the event in full, without any filters
Demographic View: Filter the experience based on conditional logic tied to your HRIS data
With Demographic View, you can:
Preview how conditional logic impacts each respondent experience
Confirm the right content shows for the right audiences
Create and share filtered previews with reviewers or approvers
How it Works
From the Content phase of your event:
Open the Preview Listening Event dropdown.
Choose Default View or Demographic View.
In Demographic View, apply filters based on your logic.
Optionally save filters and generate links to share.

For organizations using Perceptyx-led 360 assessments and Employee Experience (EX) listening events, Perceptyx can now configure an integrated reporting view that brings the results together in a single dashboard. This enhancement helps leaders and administrators better understand how leadership behaviors may relate to team sentiment, making development and action planning more focused and effective.
Note: This feature is available only for Perceptyx-led listening events. Self-led events are not supported.
What’s New
Advanced Reporting can now include 360 data directly within EX dashboards. When configured:
Managers see their own 360 results alongside their team’s engagement feedback. This includes views of their leadership competencies, hidden strengths, blind spots, and highest- and lowest-rated items.
Admins can view combined EX and 360 data across the organization. Aggregated 360 results are shown alongside engagement metrics, with filtering available across demographics in common between both listening events.
By viewing these results together, organizations can:
Uncover patterns between team engagement and leadership behaviors
Add behavioral context to EX results
Align individual development goals with team needs
Help managers take action using both team sentiment and leadership feedback
How it Works
This integrated view must be set up by your Perceptyx team. Once enabled:
Manager dashboards display personal 360 results alongside their team’s engagement results
Admin dashboards show aggregated data from both surveys, with optional filtering based on common demographics
