After your event is live, you can still make some changes, duplicate the event, or change back to Draft status to make significant changes or to clear out test responses.
This article walks through:

Edit Your Event
You can edit your event at any point before it closes. When your event is live, you can make limited changes (edit existing question text, logos, and colors, and hide/unhide existing event questions, miscellaneous text, or demographic questions). You cannot add or delete questions or responses.
Enter Editing Mode
You enter editing mode for your live event from the Launch phase.
Navigate to the Launch phase for your event.
From within the Event Builder:
Click Launch in the left panel.
From Listen:
In the Live Events section or the All Events section, click Manage Event for the event you want to edit.
The Event Builder opens, displaying the Overview page.
In the left panel, click Launch.
The Launch page appears.
Click Edit Live Survey (top right).
Editing mode becomes active and the Edit Live Survey button changes to Exit Editing.
Make Styling Changes
If needed, you can make styling changes, such as changing colors, logos, and text alignment.
In the left panel, click Settings.
Make your changes.
For details about styling options, see the Style Your Event | Point-In-Time & Lifecycle article.
Note: Any styling settings that are not available for editing are grayed out and you cannot make changes.
Make Minor Text Edits
If needed, you can make minor text edits to questions (for example, to correct typos). To maintain continuity, changes should be minimal.
In the left panel, click Content, then click the Questions tab.
Display the Actions dropdown for the question you want to edit, then select Edit.
The Edit Question dialog box appears.
Make your change(s) in the Question Text box, then click Save.
If you modified a benchmark question, a confirmation message appears. Click Proceed.
Note: Making changes to benchmarked items could impact benchmark reporting. Also, if your event uses multiple languages, you will need to update translations.
Hide or Unhide Event Questions, Miscellaneous Text, or Demographic Questions
For ongoing or extended listening events, you may at times find it necessary to hide (or unhide) specific event questions, miscellaneous text, or demographic questions. You can easily hide or unhide these items while the event is live. Hidden questions and text do not display for respondents, but admins and creators can still view them in the Event Builder. They are still available to view in reporting; however, they are not collecting any responses while hidden.
Note: If you hide a question that is referenced by conditional logic, all dependent questions will also be hidden from respondents. Similarly, conditional logic cannot be added to a hidden question.
To hide event questions or miscellaneous text:
In the left panel, click Content, then click the Questions tab.
Click Expand Questions (above the first event question) to display question configuration details.
Display the Actions dropdown for the question or miscellaneous text you want to hide, then select Hide From Survey.
A confirmation message appears.
Click Hide.
The question or text is marked as hidden, and will not display for respondents.
To unhide a hidden question or text, display its Actions dropdown, select Unhide From Survey, then click Unhide.
Note: To see hidden questions, you must click Expand Questions, as instructed in Step 2 above.
To hide demographic questions:
In the left panel, click Content, then click the Demographics tab.
Display the Actions dropdown for the question you want to hide, then select Hide From Survey.
A confirmation message appears.
Click Hide.
The question or text is marked as hidden, and will not display for respondents.
To unhide a hidden demographic question, display its Actions dropdown, select Unhide From Survey, then click Unhide.
Review and Apply Changes
When you have finished making changes, you must review them before applying them.
Click Review Changes (top right).
The Live Survey Changes dialog box appears. Here, you can review your changes and choose to apply or cancel them.
You can select or deselect the checkbox for an individual change item before applying edits.
Click Apply to apply your changes to selected items or click Cancel Edits to cancel all your changes.
If you apply changes, a success message box appears. If you cancel edits, your changes are removed from the Live Survey Changes dialog box.
Click Exit Editing (top right) to exit editing mode.
Click Save and Exit (top right) to exit your event.

Duplicate Your Event
Duplication is a great option if you want to run the same or similar event, or test an event and then duplicate it once you are ready to launch.
Navigate to the Listen page.
Click Manage Event for the event you want to duplicate. From the Event Options dropdown (top right), select Duplicate Event.
The Clone Survey from (Survey Name) dialog box appears, prompting you for an appID.
Enter an appID, then click Clone.
The entire event is copied, except for the appID and data file.

Revert to Draft
The Revert to Draft option is available only for live events. This is a great option if you want to launch your event to a small group for testing. After testing you can use this option to remove responses, make event edits, and then re-launch to the full population.
Navigate to the Listen page.
Click Manage Event for the event you want to revert to draft.
From the Event Options dropdown (top right), select Revert to Draft.
Note: If you use this option, it will REMOVE all event responses. There is no way to retrieve these responses once deleted. Additionally, any previously scheduled event launches that are in a pending status will also be moved back to draft.
