This section provides a brief overview of the available listening event settings and links out to detailed how-to articles for each one.
System Settings
System settings control global defaults that apply to all listening events, such as minimum response thresholds, availability of the Demographics page, available reporting languages, and more.
For details, see the Work with System Settings (Platform Admins Only) | Point-In-Time & Lifecycle article.
Demographic Settings
Demographic settings facilitate the mapping of HRIS fields and enable you to manage demographic filtering in Advanced Reporting, enable pasting of large lists when using a demographic field for bulk invites, and define the order in which select demographics display in the Invitee table.
For details, see the Work with Demographic Settings (Platform Admins Only) | Point-In-Time & Lifecycle article.
User Management
The User Management feature enables you to add Admin, Creator, and Reporting users to the platform and assign access to specific listening events.
For details, see the Manage User Roles and Access (Platform Admins Only) | Point-In-Time & Lifecycle article.
Event Templates
Create and manage reusable templates for listening events. Templates provide a consistent starting point for event content, style, and structure.
For more details, see the Create and Edit Event Templates (Platform Admins Only) | Point-In-Time & Lifecycle article.
