At Perceptyx, we are always working to improve our products and ensure accuracy in our AI features. However, artificial intelligence may sometimes produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated results. We recommend reviewing any AI output for accuracy and suitability before use. Our AI is intended to assist, not replace, human review or professional advice.
Comment Copilot is an optional feature in Analytics Studio that leverages the power of OpenAI to quickly summarize employee comment feedback. With a single click, Comment Copilot can analyze your comment data and identify key sentiments, victories, challenges, and areas for improvement, fast-tracking your action planning process. To narrow the scope of your results, you can filter by theme. You can also apply demographic filters to uncover differences in experiences by demographic attributes like age, gender, location, department, etc., and apply keyword searches. The demographics available mirror any demographics you have access to in Advanced Reporting.
Note: Comment Copilot is available with the use of standard theme detection. For information about changing theme detection, see the Use Comment Analysis article.
Comment Copilot analyzes comment content only (no demographics, client ID, metadata, etc.).
Note: Comment Copilot uses generative AI. For details about our approach to generative AI, please see the Perceptyx Perspective on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI article. Please note that Perceptyx does not train on customer data.
Comment Copilot is currently available for closed Point-In-Time events only. If enabled for your company, a Comment Copilot tab appears in the All Comments section of the Comment Analysis workspace.
Note: Analytics Studio is available for Administrator and Creator users only.

Comment Copilot Overview
Comment Copilot provides the opportunity to quickly understand key takeaways from Point-In-Time listening event comments without having to read each comment. When enabled, a Copilot tab appears in the All Comments section of the Comment Analysis workspace.
Comment Copilot provides four preset summarization prompts, each of which converts a large set of comments into a brief summary:
Overall Summary
Top 5 Victories
Top 5 Challenges
Top 5 Ways to Improve
You can first apply a theme filter, demographic filters, and/or keyword searches to the comments and then click a prompt to return summaries for the resulting subset of comments - for example, Top 5 ways to improve departmental effectiveness, an overall summary about benefits in specific divisions, etc.
Note: Comment Copilot is powered by the OpenAI API.
