What To Do if You Can’t Access the Perceptyx Platform

Modified on Mon, 25 Aug at 11:27 AM

If you are unable to access the Perceptyx Platform, there are a few steps you can take to quickly identify and resolve the issue:

1. Check for a Platform Outage

platform outage is a temporary disruption that prevents all or part of the Perceptyx system from working correctly. This could include issues like:

  • Not being able to log in

  • Pages not loading

  • Listening events not opening

  • Tools and features being unavailable

To check for an active outage or scheduled maintenance, visit our regional Platform Status Pages:

If there’s an issue, it will be listed at the top of the page. You can also subscribe for email alerts to be notified when the issue is resolved. For more information, see the Platform Status Page Knowledge Base article.

2. If No Outage Is Reported

If your region’s Status Page shows that the platform is operational but you're still experiencing issues, try the following:

  • Try copying and pasting the URL from your Perceptyx invitation email into your browser address bar.

  • Try accessing the platform from a different browser or device. Click here to see a list of supported browsers.

  • Clear your browser cache or switch to a private/incognito window.

  • Check with your internal IT team or your HR team to confirm there are no issues affecting access.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please submit a support request to our Customer Care team. Be sure to include:

  • Your company name

  • Your email address

  • The URL you’re trying to access

  • Any error messages or screenshots

  • Whether the issue is affecting one user or multiple users, if known
