As an administrator, you can access the 360 Administrator reporting dashboard to explore results and access select reports for specific 360 listening events (depending on your company’s configuration choices) to help with coaching situations or to view aggregated reporting for batches of individuals.
You can access results from the Analyze platform page. Your results view depends upon the type of your 360: Platform (self-led) or Perceptyx-led (built with services).

Access the Reporting Dashboard
You can access the reporting dashboard from the Analyze page in the People Insights Platform.
Note: If your organization is not using the current version of the People Insights Platform, your steps to access the reporting dashboard may be different than those presented below (e.g., you may need to navigate to the Surveys or Manage Surveys page and click to see results for the 360 event, or log into a separate reporting site). Your report availability email will include a link to the appropriate starting point.
Log in to the People Insights Platform.
In the navigation bar, click Analyze.
Access your results:
From the Report Eligible section:
Click the 360 tab.
In the card for your 360 listening event, click View Report or Live Report, as applicable.
From the All Reports section:
Find and display the listening event in the table (you can use the filtering feature or the search feature if necessary).
Click Actions for the event and then click View Report or Live Report, as applicable.
The reporting dashboard opens.
Navigate the Reporting Dashboard
Your dashboard display and options depend upon your 360 type: Platform (self-led) or Perceptyx-led (built with services).
Platform (Self-Led)
For self-led 360 listening events, the reporting dashboard displays aggregate results for Top Items and Bottom Items. The Overall score displays in the column with the multi-person icon; the Self score displays in the column with the single person icon.
The dashboard also displays a high-level summary of aggregate category scores for all event participants. Bar chart summaries display for each category (competency) and you can display details for each category question and open-ended comments, if applicable. Hover your mouse over any bar to see a pop-up of the precise score. The summaries help you quickly identify items for which participants and their raters perceive participants’ capabilities differently.
The bottom of each summary section displays the number of questions in the category or the number of comment responses, and provides a toggle to expand or hide details.
Perceptyx-Led
For Perceptyx-led 360 listening events, the reporting dashboard is divided into a left panel (enabling you to access all available reports and apply filters) and the main area (where the dashboard/report information displays). The navigation panel stays open as you move between reports unless you click the arrow icon (top) to collapse it.
The list of reports available in the navigation panel may vary; however, our best practice configuration includes the Detailed Scores Report, the Demographic Crosstab, the Comments Report, and the Survey Results Report. The Detailed Scores Report provides a visual and numerical display of the self rating and others’ rating (an aggregated mean score excluding the self rating) for each item or competency in the 360 event. For more information, see the Detailed Scores Report | 360 article.
The Demographic Crosstab Report, Comments Report, and Survey Results Report function the same as they do for Point-In-Time and Lifecycle events (although the Comments Report does not include the Theme Co-Occurrence, Hot Spot, or Crosstab tabs). For more information, see the Comparison Reports, Comments Report, and Reference Reports articles.
The main area of the dashboard displays an aggregated high-level overview of the 360 results for all the participants and a widget to download the full 360 Group Report. Depending on your company's configuration options, the dashboard may also display a widget to share the 360 Group Report via email.
Review Results
You can use dashboard options to review the details of your results.
Platform (Self-Led)
The bottom of each summary section provides a toggle to expand or hide details for questions or comments.
Show Details for Questions
When you click Expand for Details for category questions, the dashboard displays aggregate scores for each question in the category.
As with the category summary, the question summary includes the overall rating, self-ratings (if participants were required to complete a self-assessment), and ratings for each relationship type.
Scroll to the category you want to view.
Click Expand for Details (bottom right).
The summary section expands to show score details for each question in the category.
To hide the details, click Hide the Details (top right).
Show Details for Comments
When you click Expand for Details for an open-ended (comment) question, the dashboard displays each submitted comment. Participant (self) comments (if participants were required to complete a self-assessment) and Supervisor comments are clearly identified and comments from all other relationship types are identified as “Total Others.”
Scroll to the comment question you want to view.
Click Expand for Details (bottom right).
The summary section expands to show the comments received for the question.
To hide the details, click Hide the Details (top right).
Perceptyx-Led
With a Perceptyx-led 360 event, the best practice dashboard configuration displays information for four key results:
Top Items:
This section displays items for which average ratings from others were highest.
Bottom Items:
This section displays items for which average ratings from others were lowest.
Hidden Strengths:
This section displays items for which others rated participants higher than they rated themselves.
Blind Spots:
This section displays items for which others rated participants lower than they rated themselves.
Note: Your dashboard configuration may display different information.
Each section uses color coded bars and separate columns to show how participants rated themselves (Self Rating) and how others rated them (Overall excl. self), as shown in the following example. This visual depiction helps you quickly identify items for which participants and their raters perceive participants’ capabilities differently.
Display Results for Rater Groups
Each section also includes a Select Rater Groups dropdown you can use to display results columns for specific types of raters.
Click the Select Rater Groups dropdown in the section you want to work with.
The dropdown displays a list of available rater groups.
Select the checkbox for each rater group for which you want to display a column.
Note: You can click Check All or Uncheck All to select or clear all the checkboxes at once.
Close the dropdown by clicking the X icon (top right).
The section updates to show results for the rater group(s) you selected.
Display Comparisons for Trending
If participants have completed the 360 assessment previously, you can display previous scores alongside the current scores to see if they have gone up or down, or remained the same. If results from the previous assessment are available, the Select Rater Groups dropdown in each section includes two additional options:
Self Rating (year)
Overall (Excl. Self) (year)
The results for the option(s) you select display beside the current results in the dashboard.
Click the Select Rater Groups dropdown in the section you want to work with.
The dropdown displays a list of available rater groups.
Select the checkbox for the Self Rating (year) option, the Overall (Excl. Self) (year) option, or both.
Close the dropdown by clicking the X icon (top right).
The section updates to show results for the rater group(s) you selected.
Filter Dashboard Results
By default, the dashboard displays results based on aggregated responses from everyone who submitted a completed assessment - participants and raters. The total count of individuals who completed the assessment displays at the bottom of the dashboard. In the following example, a total of 58 individuals completed the assessment.
Aggregated ratings from participants display in the Self Rating columns in each dashboard widget and aggregated ratings from all raters (excluding the participants) display in the Overall (Excl. Self) columns. As an administrator you can filter the dashboard results by any demographics you have permissions to use in reporting, as long as there are enough responses to meet the minimum threshold for maintaining response anonymity. For example, you can filter to show results for a specific location.
In the left panel, click Filter Data > New Filter.
The New Filter dialog box appears.
Click the Select a Demographic dropdown.
A list of available demographics appears.
Click the demographic by which you want to filter.
The dialog box displays options associated with the selected demographic.
Select the option(s) you want to include in the filter.
The dialog box updates to show the count (number of respondents for each selected option).
Note: If you make a selection that does not have enough responses, a message will appear indicating that the count is too few to display.
Click Submit Filter.
The filter is applied to your dashboard results. The count and filter details display at the bottom of the page.
Until you clear a filter, any report you view will show results only for the demographic(s) selected.
In the left panel, click Filter Data > Clear Filter.
Export Your Results
You can export your dashboard results to a pdf file.
Platform (Self-Led)
If you want to export detailed scores for questions or comments, expand them to show details prior to exporting.
Click Expand for Details for the questions/comments you want to view in the export.
Click Export PDF (top right).
A confirmation message appears.
Click Confirm.
The data currently displayed on the dashboard is exported to a pdf file and saved to your default download location.
To exit the dashboard, click Exit (top right).
Perceptyx-Led
If you want to export selected rater group results, display the results prior to exporting.
Display results for rater groups, if desired.
